When will the store close?
The Store will Close on August 16th. Anything ordered after August 4th MUST be shipped directly to a home. It will not be available for pick up at the Pony Farm.
To be sure Items are ready for pick up at the Pony Farm during your child's Pony Farm session, PLEASE ORDER 7- 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHILDS SESSION.
Can I change my size/color or get a refund?
Each item is custom made to order. We are sorry but items cannot be changed, exchanged, returned or refunded. Please be sure to check the size charts if you are not sure about sizing.
ALL ITEMS ARE JUNIOR FIT and run SMALL.
When will my items be ready?
Please be sure to note in PayPal's comment section which session your child is enrolled in. Items will be made available at the Pony Farm during the session you noted in PayPal. Please be sure to order items at least 7-10 days prior to your childs Pony Farm Session.
How can I get my items?
Items will be available at the Pony Farm during the session your child is enrolled in, if you prefer to have your items shipped please be sure to leave the shipping option selected and add the address we are shipping to in the comment section of PayPal.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE BACK ORDERED?
You will be notified if styles or sizes become back ordered. You may choose to wait for the back order to arrive, choose a replacement option, or receive a refund for that item. If items are backordered and cannot be made available during your child's session at the Pony Farm you are responsible for the shipping if you choose to wait for the back ordered item(s) to become available.
